Services are customized to meet the needs of the individual. Two hot stones and hot towels are complimentary in every session.

Relaxation massage focuses on soothing techniques like lighter pressure, calming essential oils, and hot towels on hands and feet. Scalp and face massage and weighted heating pads are additional elements that can help to relax and restore.

Therapeutic Deep Tissue utilizes deeper pressure to address areas of chronic tension. Gua Sha (scraping) cupping, and stretching are elements that can be added to your session.

Prenatal massage addresses areas of tension for those excepting. A belly down pregnancy pillow can be used if comfortable, as well as wedges and bolsters for additional support.
